You can’t get much more legendary than Nick Saban, the winningest college football of coach of all time. And now you can add Coach Saban’s favorite baked beans to your next tailgate!
Ingredients
- 1 large (53 1/4 oz) can of Pork ‘n’ Beans
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 1/3 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup medium salsa (optional)
Directions
- Brown hamburger with a small amount of onion, salt and pepper
- Drain hamburger
- Combine all remaining ingredients with hamburger
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
